Need some help. What should I do?

This is my current config.

All hardwares are 6years old unless otherwise stated.

Core 2 Duo E8400 3GHz
2gb 800 MHz Kingston DDR2 ram
2gb 800 MHz Egreen DDR2 ram
945GC M7 TE Ver 6.2 Biostar MotherBoard
Point of View nVidia GTX 560 - 2GB (almost 1 year old)
250 gb Hitachi - Primary HDD - 7200 rpm (Best hard disk ever. Droped twice and 6 years old still running like a cheetah)
2TB WD20EARX Western Digital Caviar Green Secondary HDD (Just purchased)
450 Watt Power Supply (Don't know which company. Label damaged. Almost 1 year old)
400 Watt Power Supply (6 year old. Used to power the GPU and the Secondary storage)
Logitech Keyboard.
Microsoft Mouse (1 year old)
Acer 19" Monitor - Max 1440x900 pixels at 60 fps - love this monitor.
Egreen Cabinet - very week - good for customizing - you can make holes and cuts just with your screwdriver, screws and a strong knife.

Now, I want to upgrade my pc but its not like my current specs are not fulfilling my needs. I can play almost all games at their highest graphics. In some games I switch off VSync and or anti-aliasing.
Plz let me know the weakest hardware in my system currently and what I can do to improve this hardware?

Or

Should I get a new mobo, ddr3 rams and a i5 or i7?

Will a PCIe SATA controller improve my computer performance I have 2 empty slots of PCIe?

Which is the best route to take, dump this and get a new one or just get a new mobo, some ram and stick with this config????

If you are happy with it, keep it and add an SSD as a boot drive. You won't get its full performance without a SATAIII controller but it will improve your experience.

What Games? Newer hardware will boost games that are coming out right now. Otherwise, If you are happy with it, why change it? No need to fix what isn't broken. But I would say Better Motherboard, Processor and RAM. check out this>>http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-cpu-review-overclock,3106.html

SSD won't improve game experience other then loading times but I already don't get any loading time on games.

Thanks for the link.

Sorry for the delay guys was working on a project.

I want to know if I get a [Gigabyte GA-G41M-Combo] Motherboard and 2 x [Corsair Vengeance DDR3 4 GB (1 x 4 GB) PC RAM].
How much can I expect the performance to improve?
And what the hell is a combo motherboard??? Some websites say its a mobo that supports DDR2 and DDR3. Some say it comes with a processor for HTPC's. Plz clarify.
BTW this upgrade will only cost me like 150$

With a budget that high, I would replace your CPU and mobo with an i5 and add a New GPU (not a second) when you feel like your graphics are dated. If you can hold off until Haswell, and the next release of GPUS, that would be best. It should be shortly.

Right now, your rig is pretty balanced.

I thought my pc may be really low end. I just read about Haswell and thanks that really is a crucial point to consider.
Also, my balance was around 700$ but I assumed that will be nothing if I decide to go for a high end gaming rig, so I decided to include my current projects fee to.

I think I will probably go with just a new motherboard for now as my current biostar doesn't supports my current CPU and ram.

BTW, I still wanna know whats a combo motherboard???

i5-3570k w/ Asrock Z77 Extreme4 or an i5-2500k w/ Asrock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 Both will perform about the same when at their max overclocks.
