user console faults

  • What happened? I am unable to upload photos, stays on loading forever. showing triplicate rig in sig and when click edit then remove does nothing

I would definitely need the rest of the information here to be filled out in order to try and reproduce this issue reliably.

The rest of those questions don't really apply. The problem is in my user console. If I click on my user name then scroll down I am showing triplicate of my main rig in my signature. There is an option to remove the rigs underneath each one which I can click. When I click remove nothing happens. When scroll down in user profile again and choose to upload photos the loading sign just stays loading, irrelative of the time its left to load, nothing happens. In the option to click edit account or community profile, again nothing happens. For whatever reason my user console is not working as it should. If you look at my sig you will see the triplicate rigs. I can give you my log in details in a pm if required for you to log in as me and check yourself these issues.

I have gone into your profile and edited your sig (removed the duplicate rigs) and profile and it previewed OK, I did not save anything, could you give it another try and see if it works OK for you.

Im afraid it still doesn't work. I am clicking remove rigs in edit signature. Nothing happens. Just clicked edit community profile nothing happened. Something not right.

That is a strange one, I have removed the duplicate rigs and saved them, edit a test AIM name in your profile saved it, removed it and uploaded a photo to my profile.
Do you have any ad blockers or no script add ons running?

The idea just came to me after your last mention of browser so i tried using firefox and logged in there. It all works. Everyyhing. Photos and edit. You solved it but i have no idea why the windows 8 browser doesnt work with it. Mind you neither does battlelog. Thanks for your time and effort. Its appreciated
