No, they weren't looking at the correct numbers. That 2011 number is the copyright date for the AMD name and logo.
A different set of numbers represent the manufacturing week and year. As I recall, on their processors, it would have been the 29th week of 2012.
Steamroller is probably getting taped out, pre-production samples being made, but by no means ready for mass market.
