The game is X and the DLC is XY, you paid for X...They put XY on the disk. I don't see the problem with this, one. It saves people the hassle of downloading and tons of bandwidth..They usually plan DLC before the game is released nowadays. It's smart in my opinion to put it on the disk if you have the space.
