Just got me a medium format TLR!

Thread Starter
Today I will go to pick up a medium format TLR from a local camera shop. biggrin.gif Does anyone else use medium format cameras (or TLRs)? Because it's been 25 years since I've last shot anything other than a Holga with 120 film does anyone have any tips?

Rollei/Mamiya/Yashica? I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess MAT 124 because they're so common.

Did large format for a year or two myself, but never medium format. It's awesome you came across one and got it. Film is always a pleasure to shoot. thumb.gif

It is fun to shoot film. Film grain always looks so natural and pleasant to see than digital noise.

Does anybody recommend a place online to develop C-41 medium format? 120processing.com seems promising.

Nothing semi-local? If not, Phoenix is one of the places I use here in Chicago, and they will do it if you mail it. They're one of the places I use here (the others being Central Camera and Quality Plus).

Sadly not. I think I'm going to try doing it myself. It doesn't sound too hard and it beats the cost of having to pay $10 to send it out to get developed. I already have the processing tank and reel.
