A little bit of information on the warranty is that you just need to provide the company name... I used this same warranty for another laptop with a bad keyboard, called Dell and diagnosed a bad keyboard within 7 minutes, and they put in the order and sent a new keyboard to my provided address the next day literally. I see what people mean by Dell's great service support...
