wellp i guess i got no choise but to format ,i just remembered that i never formated that 3600rpm hdd that i installed winxp to i can recopy everything ALL IS GOOD BE BACK IN LIKE AN HOUR

Panda Titanium is what i use. Do every kind of scan they say and you'll be more than alright

If it's fresh....just boot up in safe mode, and select a restore point from before it was slow.

That was easy.

that wont be possible as i deleated the restore point in remembering that after the scan u "must delete" restore points and desable them so they cant trick the old windows and say that its a "critical file" i think i read tht some where
