Hey guys......my old gaming PC finally had the PSU go belly up about 4yrs ago , but other than that , it was still running like a champ. It has a fresh install ( from like 2007?) of Windows XP as well.

OK.....I am still learning on how to build these computers and I think I got everything attached right. There are a LOT of hook ups in this old one with running raid on 3 drives , floppy drive , DVD drive and so forth.

Question......I have the 20+4 pin plugged in.....but is there a CPU power port on this thing too? There is a Molex connector like 2" below the CPU/fan and slightly off to the right....but it's been so long since I tore the PSU out of this thing I can't remember. I didn't want to take a chance and plug a molex power plug in there and fry my old prize possession. I can't find my Maual at this moment....but I do know where it's at....I just have to dig it out.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Man....I'm kind of all giddy on this thing. Can't wait to get my old machine back up and running. BTW....this was THE FIRST computer I ever help build. And still to this day....only had two more since then and had friends build them. Trying to do this on my own from here on out with a little advice.

One more question : On my dvd burner drive , I have the IDE and molex power connected to the drive......but there is a 3rd cable which runs off for sound I guess......and I'm not sure exactly where to hook it up on my board. Going to keep searching online for a MB layout of some type....so I may have these problems figured out.
