While Bulldozers seems like most samples are in the 4.5-4.7ghz range. Good bulldozer chips hit 5-5.3ghz, just like good thubans hit 4.2-4.3ghz.
But if you consider Super Pi, the king of benchmarks, then by all means thuban is faster.
If you consider Excel, 7zip, AES encryption, Most games, H.264 encoding, photoshop cs6, etc to be the king of benchs, then Bulldozer>Thuban. Pile driver Will be the first cpu that is more of a upgrade than a side grade.
Bulldozer came out on top more often than not against Thuban, with modern programs. Piledriver will out preform it 99% of the time, Super Pi being the exclusion.

1. Thuban EASILY hits 4Ghz, most Phenom 2 x6's can hit 4.1-4.2Ghz with the odd chip going to 4.3-4.4Ghz

2. I've never seen a fully stable 5.2Ghz Bulldozer CPU

3. In the CPU thread that tests Bulldozer against other CPU's it gets beaten 95% of the time by Thuban, Thuban is also a much superior gaming CPU.

Can you provide proof of this 95%, because benchmarks say otherwise.

I know people that have easily taken 1055T's to it... I got my 1075T to 4.1Ghz easily...

Probably yes but then again don't you think it's unfair to throw a Thuban which is 6cores up against an Fx 8150 which has 8 cores? The Phenom II x6 is about the same price as the Fx 6100 and that is a 6core processor so the thuban should be put up to scrutiny against the Fx 6100 and not the Fx 8150.

You certainly do exaggerate.

There is something wrong with some of those numbers, as the 8120 constantly scores higher than the 8150.
