ok so i have one outake fan on the back its 120mm a 200mm on top for intake and 2 on my window for intake should i make one on the window outtake as well

You should always have your top fan as an exhaust, because of the fact that heat rises. Might as well work with the laws of physics rather than against them. The other fans can vary. Personally, I like to have the side fans as intake, so that cool air is being directed at my video cards. The back should always be an exhaust.

well for my top fan i never changed it its stock in the 1100 now that i think it might be a outtake my pc keeps cold so

looked it up it is indeed a 200mm outtake fan
