Can the middle grommet hole be a bit longer? Not sure if all the cables will go through nicely, especially the SATA ones.

I disagree, looks fine as it is.
Edit: Hmm, yea now that I think about it it would probably be a bit better if there are two holes, with one right next to the SATA area of the mobo so the cables can connect more cleanly.
