Hybrid Physx 6970+gt440

I recently acquired a gt 440 for $25 and decided I would give a hybrid physx a shot seeing as I have been enjoying borderlands 2 so much.

So I followed this GUIDE

This is basically what I did

1. Install the card
2. Install the latest drivers from the nvidia site
3. Install the latest physx
3. Install the hybrid 1.05ff patch
4. use the SET GPU in the extras features for the mod.
5. create a fake extended desktop

I then ran fluidmark and can't get any of the load to transfer to my gt440 it all stays on my 6970.

I then tried older physx drivers and still no luck I will be trying older nvidia drivers as well, but I don't have high hopes.

Is there anything I am doing wrong and I have heard that a lot of people have issues and have to remove physx and cuda .dlls to get their physx working.

Just tested the old NVIDIA drivers and still no luck...
Code:
Latest WHQL GeForce driver (256): 285.58 / 285.62 (October 24, 2011) - works with v1.05ff

9.11.0621 (July 29, 2011) - works with v1.05ff - download

I finally got it to read HARDWARE physx, instead of CPU rendering but I still cannot get the physx load to hit the GT440.

Any help would be immensely helpful

I would be interested to see your results too, mainly because I have two spare GT440's laying around. I was thinking they were a little underpowered for PhysX, but I'm hoping I'm wrong.

It runs almost 100% better with the gt440 loaded and working. 85% better to be exact.

After doing more tweaks I finally got it working in fluidmark, but I have to force it with a "physx gpu" option.

I also had to go into the fluidmark folder and remove the following files:
PhysXCooking.dll
physxcudart_20.dll
PhysXDevice.dll
PhysXLoader.dll

I am trying to get the same thing to work for Borderlands 2 but no luck.
In the binaries/win2 folder I removed
PhysXLoader.dll
cudart32_30_9.dll
cudart.dll
and I can get the game to run but there is still no load showing in my logs for the GT440 and the framerate did not imrpove any.
I also tried to remove
cudart32_41_22.dll
PhysXExtensions.dll
but the game will not run without then doesn't give any errors just doesn't start.

If anyone has any information it would be of great use.

Here is a screenshot from my HWmonitor showing that in borderlands 2 it just flat out refuses to use the card...

I finally got it working.
I can't get it to take a HUGE load from physx but I am actually seeing the load being transfered to the card now roughly 10-20% load on the card during large physx usage.

without the card running I'd tank to about 18 fps, with it running I can't get it to drop below 30.1

What I ended up having to do was run a program called hybridiz.exe

I used the guide here "http://www.ngohq.com/graphic-cards/22136-how-to-fix-hybrid-physx-with-latest-physx-and-geforce-285-solved.html"

I am still running out dated drivers so I will update it all see if I can get it to run and possibly even better.
