Mechanical keyboard recommendations

Thread Starter
I currently own a Razer BWU with Cherry MX Blue switches. I think there is too much resistance on the keys when pressing down on them. I am looking to try a switch that takes little effort to push the key down.

The keys on my current keyboard feel stiff. I think that's the best way to describe it.

What I do/about my typing:
-a lot of word processing
-gaming performance is not a priority
-fast typing (~110 wpm)
-I have a habit of pushing too hard on the keys

What do you guys suggest? My budget is $120 but I am willing to give that some leeway.

Browns or Reds, Most people tend to like browns for both gaming and typing. Red are really linear and don't provide any sort of resistance, they also seem to be more available then the browns, I love my red and if your looking for something that is smooth and very light Reds are the way to go.

As far as brand goes

Filco or Duckys

Check this site out

Mechanicalkeyboards.com

They have tons of selection and shipping is fast.

The Ducky keyboards are fantastic. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a decent mechanical keyboard. I recommend the MX Red's/Browns since they only require about 40-45g of force.
How about red cherry mx switches. They require less force when you type. They are around 45g compared to blues 60g peak. Alot of people will recommend the ducky keyboards and there is even a overclock.net version of the ducky keyboard.

Browns are a good step down in resistance from blues. I highly recommend the Ducky keyboards.

Another vote for browns here. I don't know if you're considering other features as well, but I ordered a Cooler Master Storm Trigger because of it's red LED backlighting and macro features. I got mine for $95, but they are typically ~$110.
