I'm pretty sure that the difference between this unit and a comparable custom unit is smaller than the difference between this unit and the H100.

I bet if you drain the EISBERG, flush it out, and refill it with pure water then temps would improve. I'm sure they are filled with some anti-corrosion biocide. Adding a reservoir would help too, and you can do all of this under warranty, which is nice.

Don't mean to thread jack, but perhaps OP can also add this review for the Pump/Block/Res unit (Solo) only when compared to custom loops using similar rads:

The pump does well even with low flow on low speed mode. SFF Enthusiasts will be quite happy to see a pump/block/res unit in one.
