Agree with above. Your processor is locked. No need to use anything but the supplied heatsink

For sure though grab 8gb of ram.

No, I don't but there is a right way of "correcting" someone and not totally making them feel dumb saying that their PSU is garbage.

but that's just it, the power supply was garbage and i suggested a better one. i would say that that was a good way of "correcting" him. i made the mistake of getting the same psu, and i have the feeling it is going to fail one day and make me a very sad person. i dont want someone to make the same mistake i did

Well, I have changed some of my parts now, and the budget has expanded. My psu is pending, but I have altered my GPU and it is now a Nvidia GeForce GTX 570 Ti.
