I met up with a person on CL today to buy a Antec Earthwatts 500w and check out some old socket 775 boards. They won a bunch of stuff in a storage locker auction. They gave me this because they couldn't figure out what it was. I think its used to display CPU frequency. It has 2 LED digit pads with 4 digits on each. I have no idea! Also one of the sides is pinned out for an ISA bus slot! When did they stop using that? Mid-90s maybe?

That looks like one of those diagnostic cards you can shove in an ISA or PCI slot and it will give you a boot or error code if POST doesn't pass.

Ah that makes sense. How old do you think it is?
