Have any of you had poor experience with FrozenQ? I ordered a reservoir from them on the first of Septemer, directly, and because the guy that makes them was injured he was a bit late on getting back to me about the status of it. That was fine, but I asked him if he could change the external material to white acetal, because they had just got that, and he said it'd probably be another week. I was fine with that, but that was on the 25th of September, and since then they have not responded to any of my emails and my order is still "processing," I really don't know what I can do here, other than cancelling the order and ordering a new one.
This greatly unsettles me, I would figure ordering directly from the manufacturer would not be very difficult, and thus far it really has not. However this is a problem, as my current res does not give me the ability to install my second pump or my GPU, and the rig needs to be finished soon. What should I do? Just reorder my res or keep waiting?
