Anyways, I guess their service truly lacks quality, there's quite a lot of threads on other forums as well confirming this lack of service. I don't know if you can do much about it.. :/

Fair points, but yeah, creative really IS garbage for customer support. I can't even count the number of obvious reasons that I've personally experienced alone.
And it's not even like I shop with them frequently or for obscure stuff. lol
