To be honest, this mobo can be quite cumbersome to overclock (you're overclocking two Xeons in tandem), so your patience is mostly required here. Plus, make sure you plug in all the necessary power point on the mobo (e.g. additional 8 pin connectors for CPU, additional power for slot 5 & 7, etc) - so, a good power supply is a must. Pay attention to all of the nooks and cranny on the motherboard. Once you've done with your optimum overclock setting, give it a test by running F@H (in Linux or VM Linux from Win7) for, say a week.
