I'm debating the use of one of these programs as a ramdisk for MWO when it hits open beta. The game allows you to choose the location of it's temporary folder, which greatly increases the usability of a ramdisk in it's application. Anyway, here are the results from two ramdisk programs I am trying to decide between. I've been looking for an explanation of the performance they both have, and I understand that most likely either one will probably work excellently, but for the sake of measurebation, please indulge me on which result is the better one for real-world usage. They both seem to have strengths and weaknesses:

Softperfect Ramdisk:

Radeon's ramdisk (based on dataram):

4Gb:
softperfect

Radeon:

Softperfect seems to have issues with loading at startup, but radeon has no option to select a drive letter. I must use windows to assign one. So they are both already hit for quality.
