I'm pretty sure I'm safe, but...

Hey guys, I'm pretty sure I'm good in the wattage department, but I want to make sure I have enough headroom for overclocks.

I'm currently running an i7 2700K OC'd to a subtle 4GHz and my Samsung "magic" Green RAM is OC'd to 1866 with 9-9-9-22 timings. Not impressive, but I've just been playing around with the clock speeds. Sorry, I don't have the voltages that they are set at in front of me right now. However, I'm going to be dropping in a MSI R7950 that is using the 7970 PCB with the 6 & 8 pin pci-e power connectors. I know that graphics cards can pull a good bit of power under load and at an overclock.

How much am I going to be straining my 600W PSU if I overclock my card a good bit?

You should be fine.

You should be good to go with your system. If you want to have some facts, maybe someone can lend you a kill-a-watt so you can see for yourself what your system draws from the wall.
