gtx 680, your cpu is more then capable unlocked and at that OC.

gtx670 is a better value since it performs very close to a gtx680.

Even a 660ti would be good. You can overclock that pretty well. May I also suggest maybe getting 8GB of RAM?

yeah I agree. 680 first. You can later upgrade to 3570k/3770k but the main benefit from a 680.

A friendly suggestion.

Instead of going 680, you can get a 670 with a 680 pcb (that has better OC ability) and save $100 and get the CPU you want sooner?

However in time if you will have the money to spare for both a 680 and a 3770k than that combo would of course be a better option in performance wise. I currently have a 3570k and a 670 combo which is amazing and a bit more cost effective than the 680 3770k combo.

Most 670s out there are actually with 680 PCB

Evga's FTW edition
Gigabyte 670
Zotac 670 but only the 4gb edition

are on a 680 PCB.

I believe (not 100%) sure that most factory OCed and custom cooled 670 GPUs are on a 680PCB.

Take a look at Gigabyte 670. It cost like $399 and its factory OCed with custom cooling on a 680 PCB. I used to own and love it.

Edit ; As a previous owner of a Gigabyte 670 I can say that the factory OCed version almost gives you the performance of a stock 680.
