Most pieces won't require force, so be gentle. Take your time and follow a decent guide an you will be fine!

Why would you recommend an Intel i7 over i5 and use onboard sound? Onboard sound. I hate it, even though I use it with some 20 dollar speakers.

You're never to young to start building your own rigs. Go watch some YouTube videos and Googling. Don't spend that much money at a third party builder when you can build a rig twice as nice yourself .
