try and reinstall the heatpipe cooler, and run that beast....if it works, and it overclocks well then keep it...if it doesn't...then don't.

That MB has been reported to have poor alingment of the sink on a few MB in here.
If it boots and works fine keep it and tweek the sink, no big deal, if not ask for a refund.

pinch the back of them with plyers and push em through

if that dosent work cut them off and hold it down with a few zipties and maybe some AS5 adhesive crap
