Overall the Savu probably tracks better and has a bit higher control speed, but you have to like the shape. Depends on if you prefer ambidextrous mice or something more ergonomic.
For myself, I liked the Savu performance wise, but did not like the shape. I prefer the Sensei/AM shape more. As far as low sens, it depends on how low you are as to how fast you have to swipe. As noted above the control speed is lower than on some other mice. it's also more picky about surface due to the custom lens that lowers the LOD. You'll probably want to stick to darker uniform pads. It works fine for me on a PT Talent, QCK Heavy, Zowie Speed, and Hayate. Those are all pretty dark pads.
You'd probably also only want to use the 450 and 1150 steps as I think the 2300 step jitters a bit. Not usually a problem if the games you play have in game adjustments.
To me I'd go with a shape you enjoy and go from there. I think too many get hung up on small quirks that you probably wouldn't notice if you didn't scour a forum for enthusiast opinions. Barring major issues of course.
