Which PSU for Q11?

I parted out my SG05/680 build over a month ago, but my parents just bought a Roku 2 XS and now I'm in need of a media server for them to stream from. They've been streaming from my laptop in Oklahoma all the way to Philly, but I need to get something set up permanently ASAP lol. I don't really want to change anything with the build (listed below) and I decided to go with the Q11 just in case I go crazy & decide to pick up a 650/660 in the future hehe. I originally wanted to pick up another ST45SF, but I was thinking back and concluded there has got to be quieter out there. I don't really want to spend an arm and a leg to get fanless, so could anyone share their experiences about other power supplies they've used in small SFF cases? I'd also like to keep the dimensions close to or under Silverstone's ST50F-P (5.91" x 3.39" x 5.51") to allow some room between the PSU and the front fan and Modular/Semi-modular would be great, but it's really not that important.

i3 2105
Gigabyte H77N-WIFI
2x 4 GB Samsung DDR3 MV-3V4G3D/US
Lian Li Q11
One of several 128GB SSDs I already own
WD Green 1TB HDD
Samsung HD502HJ 500GB HDD
Two 2TB USB 3 External HDDs

Now, I realize I don't need very much power (I did use to run a 3570k/GTX680 off an ST45SF), but what does everyone think? In order, my preferences are Quality > Noise > Price > nifty stuff like modular or has a decent efficiency at 20% load, meaning I'd rather pick up a quiet, quality $80 500-600 W PSU than pay $120 for an equally quiet, quality 300W PSU. Right now I'm looking at another ST45SF, an ST50F-P or perhaps a SeaSonic SS-300ET. I realize the SeaSonic has no PCIe connectors, but I really doubt I'm ever going to buy a GPU for this despite mentioning it before.
What other options are out there? I need to get this built by the end of the week. Thank You!

review of Seasonic G360

Gets a 9.5/10, costs $60, 80Plus Gold, somewhat on the short side for normal ATX.

Well this is rapidly turning into an HTPC/Gaming system like I knew it would. The i3 2105 has already turned into a 3570K or 3770K and the 650/660 may even become a 660 or 670 lol. My Q11 will not be here until next week and I don't plan on doing any overclocking until Thermalright releases their AXP-100 (November), so I'm trying to anticipate the end result/build. I've been through the 43 page thread over @ [H] a million times, but would like to get some opinions here.

I already purchased a G-360, but components and wattage aside, can a Seasonic fanless X-400 or their upcoming Platinum version work with this case? I'm not looking for opinions on saving money, efficiency, or power needed, but rather Q11 CPU/case temps using a fanless PSU with and without a GPU. Needless to say, I'm aiming for as quiet of a system as possible. Thanks in advance!
