So I got a PS3 for free that had a YLOD and I fixed it using a guide on YouTube. As far as I know, it's the launch version with 4 USB ports, memory card reader, and backwards compatibility. It has never had a software update in it's lifetime. This is my question, should I do one or not? Any other suggestions for me at this point? I haven't had a console since PS2, and the only reason I have one now, is that it was collecting dust at the original owner's house. Do I have a keeper here or what? Thanks in advance.

and see which fw I'm running sgain to get linux running to put so many games when they come out ( come on good games be released ?)
