No where near as hot or no where near as much CFM? On the 360 I noted more CFM with higher exhaust temperatures which meant the heat sink and as5 was working.

though it could be if it's idling or not being stressed that it is running cooler with the extra air flow hence lower temps and air flow (as it would need higher RPM[not enough load])

I have to say that wording was really confusing. biggrin.gif

I would think it would be running cooler due to higher airflow since it would be safe to assume it is running the same amount of load.

Hooray for no updating! Note that a lot of new games will not work until you update though. I forgot that drawback... But who cares, tearing it apart is more fun than using it!

basically that's what i'm saying but, you have to remember the less heat the heat sink puts off the less cooling it is doing and more heat it is retaining. If hot air comes out the back then it's doing it's job. So basically I'm guessing that it is properly working then it may be running cooler (putting out colder air) because of the bigger volume/s of air the fan is moving with the new intake hole.

Yeah, the exhaust air is still hot, just not scary hot like it was stock, and MUCH more airflow since the fan doesn't have to draw air in through tiny vent holes.

Loving me some Red Dead Redemption. Just made it to Mexico. Is Undead Nightmare worth it?
