I want to spend aroud 400, but I could also use another Motherboard that has unlocked voltage. So I need some suggestions. I'm thinking 7970, 7950, 2 gtx 660's 2 gtx 660ti. What do you guys think?

All suggestions are welcome..

I am going to give the same advice i give to most people.

If you are not going to take advantage of Adaptive Vsync, FXAA, Phsyx or 3Dvision, and you just care about frames per second (fps) thanthe 7950 is the smartest purchase performance/price wise. YOu can Crossfire it later down the road as well.

Also if you want to purchase 660, get the ti model.

You alsmo mentioned 7970. You can take a look at the GTX 670 as well.

So you alreay have a 6850?

If you can wait few more months you can get the 8xxx series if you like.

if youre willing to drop $400 wait for next series of cards to launch. although no clue how much they will cost. otherwise what you posted would be fine with any of those setups. depends on how much performance you want and what resolution you are playing at and whether you want to be able to max games out and stuff

your cpu should do fine. Get a HD 7950 OC . provides the best price performance. the GIGABYTE HD 7950 OC would be the card to get. excellent windforce 3x cooler. overclocks very well and can handle 1.2+ Ghz overclocks.

I say get a HD7850 and save the money for you motherboard or something else. The HD7850 will easily max all the current games that are out there.

If you can spend an extra $50, I've been seeing MSI 2GB Lightnings and 4GB Twin Frozrs on newegg open box a lot lately. The funny thing is they haven't been going in seconds like the usual cards. I got my twin frozr 4GB in original packaging and it looked like it hadn't even been opened. Totally worth it.
