Razer Deathadder 4G - Page 24

Ease of testing made no sense. It's not like they needed to implement buttons for such.

Agree with above.

LEDs to tell you if a device is on standby? Useful, but I would prefer them to be optional.
LEDs to tell you a device (particularly a display) is turned on? Pointless if there is another indicator of it being on. (like being able to see an image on the display)
LEDs on computer hardware for no good reason? Horrible.
It's particularly bad, because it means I will probably have to install Synapse to at least disable the LED on this mouse, assuming it defaults to 1800 DPI & 500Hz as the other DeathAdders.

Why do people want their cars to look cool? Does the expensive red paint job or stripes improve performance? If an LED will improve the appearance of a product then I would like it to be there - and glow blue.

It makes them look like toys.

Well i think Razer will launch first, the "normal" pimp my mouse deathadder, with all those lights\ leds, and then, if they have some kind of feedback (negative or positive, depending on your point of view), maybe they'll launch a black version? I don't get it why they continue lauching those kind of bling bling mices... (i think companies should give more importance to foruns and people opinions... Those are the true reviews! not those "reviews" on some supposed pc\hardware\microwave review websites..
hope i don't get punished from saying that)....
well i kind of understand...just don't want to tell because i don't want to hurt anyone feelings... (well... kids... bling bling...mine is better than yours 'cause it has lights....tongue.gif)
Well but that's just me thinking....
Let's just hope it's a good mouse and it can replace all older models with some dignity... (well these part i leave for Skylit, Dems and all the other amusing people to post their opinions about it's internals, tracking, LOD, etc).

I did like your video thanks for the video always good to see video from new product. Does the main left and right mouse button feel different then from your DA black edition ,maybe more clicky or does it feel the same ?

It would be cool to know what the default DPI setting is. Also I'm pretty sure the following question is useless but: does it have any onboard memory? What happens if you plug it into another PC without Synapse on it?

Feels slightly better, springs back with more force after click for better feedback.
