Razer Deathadder 4G - Page 37

I hear that the shipments for some retailers are (likely) going to come in next week. Places like Amazon and other large retailers in your country. New Egg may take longer to receive theirs. They [New Egg] may just hold their inventory of 2013 DeathAdders until they can get rid of the majority of 3.5Gs. They may drop the price of 3.5Gs when shipment is close/arrived.

I would recommed buying it directly from Razer, it's cheaper that way, atleast where i live (Poland).

Would you happen to know which LoD setting it is on with without the Synapse crap?

I'm one of those people who likes high LoD. So that would be perfect, if its set to the highest LoD out of the box.

using 900 dpi when i drew this

EDIT: im also a tf2 gamer here and so far during 30 minutes of gaming theres no lag, will keep u up to date if anything changes now that i fixed the calibration

Well, compared to yours my Device Manager doesn't look much different.

I'm running out of ideas. Here is one thing I tried though. I have an SSD with Ubuntu installed on it. When I load up Ubuntu, the mouse lags there too. Could that mean the problem is with the mouse itself? I sure would hate to have to return it. I submitted a ticket to Razer Technical Support explaining my problem. Hopefully they'll be able to recommend something worthwhile.

How long will it likely be until they release a version of this mouse with blue LEDs?

It's at 2/10 by default. Honestly, just set it up with Synapse and then block all connections via Win 7 Firewall Control (which controls the built-in firewall) or something similar. Hopefully they will be adding an offline mode soon, but once you have logged in the first time, it doesn't need a connection.

It should give you better tracking and LoD control.

Probably not any time soon. It looks like green LEDs across the range for 2013 models, and Razer has always used black and green for their design. Frankly, using blue LEDs didn't fit.

It's too bad they couldn't just have put in an RGB lighting system for people that want it though. I just turn all the LEDs off as soon as I can.

Probably never for this model. They never brought out different LED colours for the previous models.
