Razer Deathadder 4G - Page 5

Indirect marketing without incentive. wink.gif

Cant decide whether that's a good or bad thing at this point.

Why would razer want it removed though? Hype works

Because it could be delayed for a long time or maybe never come out. Look at BST for instance, he gets many posts asking when the mouse is coming out. Some can wait patiently if there is updates here and there. but most will get tired of waiting and complain.

^ This.

Hype is good when it's about 3 months before release.

However, it would not be the first time that a company instructs someone to "leak" information to build the hype up without releasing any real data.
After all, slapping 4G on the box is only based on the marketing department, there's no hard data leaked wink.gif

OMG i want a new Deathadder , i hate the full transparent wheel that turns brown with the use of the years , i want the new standard new wheel from them

and the option for the glowing logo to ether pulse , not pulse and just stay on , off

keep the same "design" just change the internal mumbo jombo stuff and make it MORE awesomer than the rest , for a resonable price : less than 60$

if u can incorporate the color changing LEDs it would be a plus too :O

in the end ... i want a new DA !!!!!!!!!!!! NAO!

Diamondback is essentially an elongated G1 / G3. In that picture I think it's the Copperhead, which has the same shape as the Diamondback, and to its left the G3. What I like about both is the slim rear end, the palm wraps nicely around it. When using the claw grip, the lengh of the Diamondback allows you to keep the fingers less bent, while the shorter G1 / G3 requires you to bend the fingers more, which you can do with the Diamondback too if you please (the buttons depress about the same at the very front and the center). So the Diamond back has simply the perfect shape for me.

The Taipan is more like the WMO 1.1, which is another perfect shape for me. The difference is the rather wide and flat rear side, so instead to wrap the palm around the slim rear, like with the Diamondback, you put it flat on it. I'd have loved to use the Taipan, but I disagree with the sensor.

I'm hoping for a Diamondback design, but improved (Taipan quality), with a next gen optical/infrared sensor. That's about it.
