Nope, it's a SATA power end connector. I know WHAT it is, I need to know how to use it.

You need these Molex 67581-0000 SATA pins . MDPC-X sell them and also FrozenCPU
Edit: While I remember. If you use 2mm diameter 18AWG and MDPC-X sleeving it's hard to get all the sleeved cables in the connector (well it was for me). I found that if you partially inserted each cable into every hole first then slid them in it was easier than fitting each cable one by one.

Thanks Big E. I think I'm going to use the regular in line punch down on the end, I'm not going to order pins for just one connector.
I do appreciate you setting me right.

Actually I discoverd that what I have are punch down connectors. However for me they don't work, maybe someone with a lighter touch but I basically bent the the little clips that hold the wiring inside, could not get one to stay in. I was using 18 gauge wire FWIW.
So I guess I'll stick with the 90* punch down connectors since they appear to be dummy proof.

I'm just wondering if they were the normal connectors but, for some reason, having the uncrimped pins already fitted. If not then I haven't seen that type before.

These links are partially incorrect.
The connecter you have shown above uses these connector pins at frozencpu.com:
http://www.frozencpu.com/products/16976/ele-1127/FrozenCPU_Gold_Plated_SATA_Power_Standard_Connector_Pins_.html?tl=g44c155s323
However, the connector and pins linked below go together:
http://www.frozencpu.com/products/13598/ele-873/FrozenCPU_SATA_EZ_Crimp_Connector_Pins.html
http://www.frozencpu.com/products/1792/ele-135/FrozenCPU_ConnectRight_DIY_SATA_EZ_Crimp_Connector_-_Black_-_90_M-SCA-16F-BK.html?tl=g44c155s649
You have to physically crimp the top pins on and slide them into the connector you have listed, where the 2nd example is where you put the pin into the connector, and then you "punch down" the wire into the pin where it cuts through the outer coating and makes contact with the copper wire.
Hope that helps.

I checked my order finally and it shows the punch down connector. I couldn't get it to work for me, though, and just used the 90* punch down ones.
