what psu shall i get

ok if you read my current build then what psu would you lot recommend for this pc to run under full load my price limit is £50 max but i really maybie want it around £40. i will say it must be around 650w+ because ive tested it on a 650 w psu and my pc sounded drained of all energy and windows took ages to start so plz help.
and if it comes to it should i get a artic blue 850w my plug socket is surge protected

Just to give you a heads up, a quality 500 watt PSU would be sufficient to run your rig.

That's not a 650w system, not close, even with a faildozer.

Antec HCG 520 £55.82 Inc VAT

XFX Pro Series Core Edition 550w £48.66 Inc VAT

FX-4170 = ~200w max?
6870 = ~150w maybe?

Either way, not close to 650w.. or the 550w's I linked for that matter...

My guess is that it was either a poor quality PSU or you're imagining things.
