Mate 40 quid aint really enough for a good quality PSU. If you have a look at the Seasonic X PSUs for example, the X 660 here costs £115, which might seem expensive for a 660w power supply, but its because they are good quality.

Im just using this as an example, but you dont want to be cheaping out on the component that could literally make or break your whole system. When it comes to power supplies, you get what you pay for unfortunately.

Sorry I cant recommend any psus for the price your looking at.

In fact, Ive just had a look at your system specifications and using phaedrus' psu calculator, it says you need about 425W if your cpu and gpu is overclocked , (I guessed that you have two ram sticks, 4 case fans, 1 cd rom drive) it recommends the following:

So I guess the antec gamer 400W from OCUK is perfect for your budget at £40 dead on. Have a look on OCN for phaedrus' psu calc and download it and you can put your exact components in then and see what it says. I dont wanna come across as an arse, but ive read so many stores on here of people buying cheap power supplies then having thier entire system dragged down in the ground with it then its died.

That XFX PSU IS decent. It's basically a re-badged Seasonic unit and for the price, you won't do much better.
