performance wise i72600k
Would i?nope i would wait forn next extreme serie from intel (quad channel 4820 or such)that will be best band for your $and should last a while
p:if i set a i5 2500 k to 200x17 instead of stock 100 x 33 .will it be less demanding on memory controller.will i get similar performance?

Are you talking about a Xeon 4820? that's a server CPU and not for gaming and would be far from the best bang for the buck.

you cant overclock the BCLK one an 1155 system so no 200x17 will kill it.. the most you should really go is 102-103
