Arctic cooling F12 was one of the best fans, if not the best fan when it come to performance/decibel ratio performance.

And yet no reward?

My Corsair SP120's were not tested. Maybe too new? I know they won't win for noise but possibly static pressure, these puppies sure can push some air. And they're completely inaudible when lowered to 40% / 5v. I think the major factor for purchasing them were looks too...

There nice looking fans but there's better around tbh... The new Xigmatek fans push more CFM and static pressure then the SP120 quiet edition and there is fans around that push more CFM and static pressure then the high performance model while being quieter.

The frequency thing is true. I wear hearing aids. During its "normal" settings some high frequencies and some really low ones are not picked up. Put on headphones and the range are expanded and it'll pick up the dang GT 2150's that are running at full speed.

I enjoy the fact that there are multiple reviewers giving different opinions on the same products expanding your options. When you get a bunch of people saying the same thing about the same product... gets pretty boring.
