not surprising really. I knew someone pretty high up in Intel in Ireland a few years ago (when they where using 130nm) and he said they where already in the priliminary stages of testing 25nm. He said though that they where hitting a brick wall at that size, and that soon after that they would need to move onto a better semiconductor material as they couldn't go smaller. I've been waiting for those chips ever since, it was like being told what your christmas present was going to be then knowing you where going to have to wait 10 years to get it
