Asus PB278Q

Thread Starter
I have been using the Dell U2711 for nearly a year and would like to set up an Eyefinity display using the Dell and the Asus PB278Q. The screen size and resolution are the same on both of these monitors. I have been reading in AMD Catalyst Control Center about setting up an Eyefinity display. It seems according to what I have read, that all monitors in an Eyefinity set up need to be the same manufacturer, same screen size, same resolution and even the same model monitor. Is this correct?
I am planning on buying the Asus and would like to be sure of compatability before I place my order. Thanks in advance for any information that may be supplied.

They don't have to be the same. It's recommended that every aspect is the same to ensure viewing uniformity exists.
