Graphics Upgrade

Thread Starter
I'm looking to upgrade to a newer video card and I've been doing some searching and I've got some ideals of what I want to get but I'm not too sure about the differences a newer card would do for my system.

My current set-up is this:
CPU - QuadCore AMD Phenom II X4 Black Edition 940, 3000 MHz
Motherboard - Foxconn A79A-S
Ram - DIMM1-4: OCZ Gold XTC OCZ2G10662G 2 GB DDR2-800 @ 5-6-6-18 @ 400 MHz
Video - NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250 (512 MB)
Power Supply - APEVIA 680W Beast Power-Blue

Here are the Video Cards I'm looking at:

1. ZOTAC Synergy ZT-60403-10L GeForce GT 630 2GB 128-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814500264

2. ZOTAC ZT-60405-10L GeForce GT 630 Synergy Edition 4GB 128-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814500255

3. any suggestions for a card at or below $75.00 US

I've read about each card and I know their both better v-ram size compared to mine, but both cards lack my current cards speeds in core clock, shader clock, and memory clock.

Mine for referance are:
GPU Clock (Geometric Domain) 738 MHz (original: 740 MHz)
GPU Clock (Shader Domain) 1836 MHz (original: 1836 MHz)
Bus Type GDDR3
Bus Width 256-bit
Real Clock 1101 MHz (DDR) (original: 1100 MHz)
Effective Clock 2203 MHz
Bandwidth 68.8 GB/s

My reason for upgrading is to play games, I'm currently playing Crysis 2, Borderlands 2, GTA IV, Battlefield Bad Company 2, and Skyrim.
So I'm looking for a graphics card that can handle all these games and hopefully still have a bit of power to spare. Also if anyone knows of a better card for under $75.00 please link it, thanks for taking the time to read this and hopefully help me with a decision.

GTS 450. It's better than the GT 630 in every way.

Or if you can spend a bit more then get a GTX 460.
