Asus Radeon HD 7950

Hey everyone,

I think I've picked my graphics card (as shown in title) but i was wondering what other products were in the same sort of price bracket, and what they offered. I just want to make sure I'm buying the best i can afford!

Any help would be appreciated!

I got myself the MSI Twin Frozr R7950 last week and so far I'm loving it. Was the cheapest of all the available 7950's I could get. All these cards run quite cool and overclock like a piece of cake to almost 7970 performance. That Asus does have a beast of a cooler though. Should be able to take anything you can throw at it thumb.gif

I wouldn't mind jumping over to nVidia but the prices are still ridiculous where I live. Best bang for your buck beats brand loyalty IMO

Cheers for the reply!

I kept looking at nVidia, I think that's a brand everyone knows and everyone trusts but they seem really over priced. This might just be me misunderstanding something but they way i understand it to watch 3d with a nVidia card, you need their glasses? And they are over priced!

I'll look into the MSI Twin Frozr R7950 and read up on that review you posted!

Cheers again
