Looking for some PSU suggestions

I'm replacing the OCZ in my sig rig. I want something 650 - 750 watts, as I'm planning on getting another GTX 670 at some point. I'd prefer something that is quiet and modular. I'm thinking about this. I would prefer to buy from Amazon or Newegg. Any input is appreciated. Thanks!

That's not really a good brand name, but Thermaltake ToughPower XT _75W are CWT DSG, very good units. That's a steal at the price.

However, it's not really that quiet. At low loads it runs the 140mm fan at around 950rpm. The 670 Windforce is relatively quiet at idle, so idle PSU noise could be a concern, unless you're just talking about noise under load and expecting that to be relatively low (mostly it is; even with a second 670, in a game, you may not actually get it to spin above the ~950rpm, or at least not much above that).

I ordered the Thermaltake. Can't really beat it for $66 with free shipping. Johnny Guru gave the 775 watt version a 9/10.
