Sorry, that's already folding for F@H Team Competition.
But if possible in a VM, I can do 4 cores on the 1055T in my sig rig.

Ninja'd me.
The 6950 is already running for the Team Competition. Is this directed for the HD 5450? Or would the dual core on that system do better? I think it's 2.5 ghz (possibly).

So... follow the same steps except don't do "Activity -> GPU always"?

I was going through the BGB23 thread and replied to your message there, but I see that you have most of the information now.
For the computer that has the HD6950, do not do "Activity -> Use GPU always"
If you would like to use your Radeon HD 5450 and your Nvidia 8200M (if it supports CUDA) then choose "Activity -> Use GPU Always" on those machines.

Activity->Suspend GPU or preferably go into the project settings on the website for the project and check the box do not use GPU.
