It depends on what you will be using it for........I have 4 of the 20s for a RAID 0 (only using 3 right now as my temporary case only supports 33 drives).
That's over 1TB of space, and I already know I will fill it all.....I actually wanted 5 320GB drives but price and the fact that my board only support 4 drives max in a RAID) stopped that plan.
RAID can be daunting, I speant about 3 weeks reading everything I could, asking questions and doing research before tackling mine, but in the end, it was pretty simple.
Follow the steps Nasgul laid out, that is perfect, and remember, whenever you flash or reset your BIOS, you will have to go in and change the hard drive section to RAID again. I forgot that once and almost had a heart attack thinking my array had disappeared LOL
