Yes. you can by using MSI Afterburner & editing a .cfg file to unlock the unofficial overclocking.

GTX 295 for sure. I used to have one and it was fantastic. Turning off aero it could run BF3 on ultra @ 1080p without running out of ram. Its still a very powerful card, way more powerful than a 6850.
