650w its enough ?

hello , im thinkin on build a pc y want a i5 3570k (with hyper 212+) + Hd 7950 Vapor X + 1 tb hdd caviar black + maybe a sdd + a motherboard z77 .

i can get a xfx 650w psu semi modular . that would be enough ? i wolud overclock both gpu and cpu

I have a 600W OCZ semi-modular and it doesn't break a sweat with my gtx 670, 16gb ram, ssd, hdd and i5 3570k so like others said you should be fine.
