Problem entering Bios on MSI 975x board

Well, I'm currently on my celly D, and I'm having problems entering the bios. I press del to enter, but recieve a underscore (_) flashing in the top left part of the screnie with a toatly black backround. Doesn't do anything unless I reboot. The computer won't even let me boot into windows (same problem) for that matter unless I press the F-11 key selecting the boot object. I have reset my CMOS multiple times to no avail. Any suggestions?

Sounds to me You Need to either perform a CMOS reset or a BIOS flash mate.

Make sure you have all hardware correctly installed and correctly seated into there Sockets.

Then Perform.button for 5 seconds and then proceed to enter the Case for a CMOS reset.

If this doesnt work you may have hardware compatibility issues which a BIOS flash may work

I'm flashed to the latest beta bios by MSI, and tried to flash back to an earlier "approved" bios, but the same problem still presists.

My Processor is compatible with my motherboard according to MSI's site.

Everything was working just fine with the Kents, only the CPU changed. I reset the CMOS mulitple times but still nothing. I'll probably just order a new BIOS chip from MSI since it's probably a bad bios.
