Yeah the thing is my PSU's cables that goes to the motherboard, the 24pin and the 8pin for the CPU are all attached to the PSU. So I believe extensions are my only option if i am not mistaken?

Well... you CAN take apart your PSU and sleeve them that way. But it just depends on how hard core you are
I myself would stick to extensions.|

Man everytime i attempt things like that I end up braking it 
I learned my lesson SO MANY times.
