How to paint Case Fans?

Hey folks. I want all my fans in the case to be black + green.

 

How can i paint these fans?

 

is it possible? Hard? easy?

 

I have 6 fans to paint

 

4 of them are all black Corsair Fans. I want to paint the blades green only and leave the outside black

 

2 of them are Noctua fans. I want to paint the exterior black and the blades green.

IT's not hard perse but getting the fans balanced is the issue. They might be louder or less efficient after painting.

Yeah i will give up than. I will just purchase some black and green fans and sell the ones i have now.
