Well then the VP550P (suggested by TC above) might your best option considering its price and your budget minded approach to this purchase.
As for the Sugo 05, it's uses a FSP build PSU, a solid one.

With one 7770 under full load, their test system pulled 231W from the wall outlet.  The CPU was idling, so let's add 150W even though this is unrealistically high.  So that would make their system pull 381W from the wall outlet.  If the PSU is 85% while pulling 381W from the wall outlet, then that means the system is pulling about 324W from the PSU.  This would only happen if both the 7770 and the CPU were under full load simultaneously.

 

So you would be totally covered and you'd even have plenty of room for overclocking the 2500K.
